Access to our high-stakes digital environments is granted for professional, legitimate purposes only. Unauthorized attempts to compromise platform integrity, node stability, or data security are strictly prohibited and will be met with legal and technical response.

03. Digital Patrimony

All intellectual property, architectural frameworks, and specialized code modules remain the exclusive patrimony of MAP Solutions. Service Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize these environments for their intended purpose.

  All platform code and modules are MAP proprietary assets.

• Usage Limitations

  No unauthorized modification or reverse engineering allowed.

• Compliance Adherence

  Participants must follow all regional laws and regulations.

• Operational Integrity

  Zero-tolerance for data-breach attempts or malicious node tasking.

04. Liability & Performance

We provide our architectures with an institutional commitment to 99.9% uptime. However, MAP Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from jurisdictional shifts or digital outages outside our core orchestration.
